Family run care home Reigate

with qualified Matron and friendly staff

Our Nursing Home in Reigate provides staff testing three times per week and temperature tested daily for Covid-19. Our residents have been recently tested for coronavirus COVID-19 and we are pleased to state that all results have been negative.

It is our policy to arrange virus testing for any new resident prior to their admission. During the pandemic we have enhanced our robust infection control procedures appropriate to the levels of risk.

Staff are observed and temperature tested upon arrival. We are pleased to say that we are permitting access to visitors within the building and the gardens of the Home. Visits are by prior arrangement, to control the numbers with us at all times. Visitors are appropriately screened and are required to practice full use of protective equipment”.

We appreciate the many goodwill messages and donations of gifts we have received from relatives and friends, and thank you for your support and understanding. We remain absolutely focused on the welfare and safety of our residents.

Some testimonies from families of our residents
“From the first day my mum entered Wray Common she was treated with respect, kindness and love, they were her family when we weren’t able to be with her.

She was offered the chance to sit in the lounge but Mum likes her own room and television and they respected her wishes. She did enjoy the parties and everyone who ever passed her door always spoke to her.

“My Aunt’s stay at this home made a great difference to her peace of mind and general well being. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

My Aunt was glad to have the feeling of having her own private room and bathroom, she was glad to have friends visit and I was glad to be able to have tea and cake with my aunt. The staff have been good to me also.”

“My father was treated with the greatest of respect at an extremely difficult time. The staff gave me and my family the utmost support. My father was treated with kindness and dignity at all times.

The staff were amazing, friendly and kind. I could not ask for a better place for my father to spend the last few months of his life.”
