Our Senior Team
Manager
I am the Manager at Wray Common. I have over 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care and have studied Medicine, Pharmacology, Leadership and Strategic Management (Level 7), and Health and Social Care (Level 5).
Qualified Nurse
I have been nursing at Wray Common since 2006 and as Senior Nurse my focus has been in clinical excellence, including medication administration, wound care management and palliative care. For many of our residents, we are family.
Qualified Nurse
“I have been nursing at Wray Common since 2016, during which time I have developed a special understanding with so many of our residents. Our excellent clinical skills are crucial but equally important is good communication between us and the residents
Qualified Nurse
I greatly enjoy getting to know our residents, spending time talking them about their interests. I am very focussed on the value of detailed and person-centred care planning, and guiding our caring staff to put the individual first.
Client’s Testimonies
Dentist
“From the first day my mum entered Wray Common she was treated with respect, kindness and love, they were her family when we weren’t able to be with her. She was offered the chance to sit in the lounge but Mum likes her own room and television and they respected her wishes. She did enjoy the parties and everyone who ever passed her door always spoke to her. Sadly she passed away in July, comfortable with dignity. As a family, we can’t thank Wray Common enough.”
