Our dedicated team work hard to ensure that our residents retain as much independence as possible but rest assured, we will be there 24 hours a day should they need us.
Our staff members at all levels undergo continuous training at our Residential Nursing Home in Surrey. We operate a key worker system which offers each of our residents an individual member of staff with whom they can establish a close bond.
We also have three comfortably furnished, spacious lounge areas where residents meet to chat, relax, watch television and participate in activities.
We have many activities for our residents as you can see which include carefully selected animals like hampers, so that they can have that sense of touch and interest in different types of our fury friends.
We have established a group of friends of Wray Common who write to our residents to help them know that people care about them, as well as their families.
Making cakes and having fun with pastry is another activity that we supply on a regular basis, which provides creativity, interest, bonding with the other residents and something tasty to eat later!
