Our team of dedicated staff members at all levels undergo continuous training at our Residential Nursing Home in Surrey. We operate a key worker system which offers each of our residents an individual member of staff with whom they can establish a close bond. Our rooms have nurse call systems, profiling beds for easy access, comfort and safety, with mostly en-suite facilities.
Some have views of our mature trees and gardens and some are situated on the ground floor with French windows opening onto the garden.
Wray Common Nursing and Residential Home has a wide range of facilities designed to give security, independence and the very best in nursing care for our residents, whilst bringing peace of mind to their families.
Our person-centred approach means residents are respected as individuals and treated with dignity. Personal care plans are prepared and regularly reviewed, ensuring care is tailored to each person’s individual needs. We have regular visits from healthcare practitioners such as chiropodists, dentists and opticians.
